He is a UK-based Ghanaian strategist, Political Strategist, Public Affairs Commentator, Diaspora Engagement Specialist, and Youth Development Advocate, known for his work at the intersection of leadership development, institutional strategy, and public policy discourse.
Prior to relocating to the United Kingdom, Africanus Annan served as a Foreign Service Officer with Ghana's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an experience that shaped his understanding of diplomacy, governance systems, and international engagement.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Politics and International Relations, and has undertaken postgraduate studies in International Law at Southampton Solent University. He also holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Human Resources from the University of Law, further strengthening his expertise in leadership development, organisational strategy, and people systems.
Over the years, he has led and contributed to youth mentoring and leadership development initiatives in Southampton and beyond, working directly with young people to build confidence, discipline, and purpose-driven pathways for the future.
As the architect behind Transform Africa Now and its media arm Transformative Voices, he is building a platform that integrates practical impact, policy engagement, and narrative influence to position African leadership within a global context.
