ABOUT TAN
TAN is a Leadership, Development, and Capacity-Building organisation founded in 2018 by a Global Coalition of Youth Development Advocates. We collaborate with stakeholders to empower young people and implement impactful initiatives to accelerate Africa’s development.
Africa’s youth represent the continent’s most vital and dynamic human capital, essential for driving sustainable development. Our mission is to empower and create opportunities for the African New Generation of Leaders on the continent and in the Diaspora to take ownership of development and drive the transformative change Africa needs for growth.
TAN is a movement led by passionate individuals committed to action rather than just discussions. We are determined to address the challenges facing young Africans and shape a future where they can thrive.
WHY WE EXIST
We exist to provide the platform to engage the New Generation of African Leaders to develop the Continent's Political, Socio-Economic and Cultural Agenda through Strategic Empowerment Initiatives.
